  • From Fleece to Form I - Foundation Seat Pad

    - Beginner to Intermediate -

    Create a durable felted seat pad using Bergschaf wool with Cotswold or Gotland locks.

    Explore the characteristics of different wool fibers while learning or refining essential wet-felting techniques, including fibre layout, edge reinforcement, shrinkage control and fulling.

    This workshop builds a strong technical foundation.

  • From Fleece to Form II - Round Wall Piece with Local Wool Locks

    - Advanced Beginner/Intermediate -

    (Recommended: Fleece to Form I or equivalent wet-felting experience)

    Create a circular felted wall piece using natural local wool and expressive wool locks.

    This workshop focuses on integrating locks into a strong wool base, working with raw and washed fibres, managing circular layout and shrinkage, and developing surface texture and balanced design.

    The finished piece can be displayed as sculptural wall art or used as a decorative accent textile.

    Building on the techniques introduced in "‘Fleece to Form I’.

    This workshop encourages great artistic exploration while continuing to strengthen essential wet-felting skills.

  • Felting With Raw, Unprocessed Wool

    Work directly with raw fleece and explore its preparation and felting behaviour.

    *Ideal for sheep keepers, fibre enthusiasts, and anyone wanting a deeper connection to the material.

  • From Fleece to Fashion - Felting a Collar With Local Curly Wool

    Design your own felted collar with expressive texture and drape, using silk or cotton gauze base, a wool layer and Cotswold or fine Gotland locks.

    Focused learning on fibre migration, integrating locks into a lightweight wool base, balancing weight and movement, along with designing a wearable statement piece.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–9 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

* If your place can be filled from a waiting list, a refund may be issued.

** If a workshop must be cancelled by the instructor, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
